I know that it can take months for SEO to take effect with a website initially, but is this true for ANY changes made to SEO? Like if I saw that I needed to move a keyphrase to the front of my SEO title or something like that?
Are any fluctuations I see on my site rankings an indication of changes that were made months ago, or are rankings ever indicative of very recent changes to a website?
