A couple days ago i added a premium option with better specs than the original one suspecting it wouldnt be used much but would add value to whoever needs it. I was suprised to see people even clicked on it less. Ive tried Budget/premium or Standard/premium but both didnt make a big difference. Might be more of a CRO question but what would you suggest doing to stop people from bouncing after seeing "too much choice". My guess is that people think the standard plan is bad because a premium one exists and think premium is too expensive for them?
