Hi! I am trying to rank an English website in the US but I am also living in a Latin American country and working as a Pr Manager. I would like to use my contacts in the pr field to pitch a story that will link to my website but I wonder if it is a smart thing to do considering that the links will come from websites in Spanish with demographics in Latam while I am trying to rank an English website for US queries. Besides this I haven’t got any backlink at all and I think I can get at least 10 with this tactic. What do you think?
