What should I do with old pages? Delete them?

Here's an example to make it simple.

I have an old page /car-detailing-richmond (ranked #7 for target keyword). The page is shit in terms of on-page SEO.

I created a new page (after I learned how to do on-page SEO) called /car-detailing-in-richmond. This page has good on-site SEO.

There's no duplicate content between these 2 pages. Though I'm trying to rank for the same keyword "Car detailing richmond".
