What's the Line on Thin Content Reports?

I'm combining blog articles and with other forms of content like product pages. I have a lot of thin content blog articles that over the last 15 months haven't generated anything. But where is the line saying this is a good performing page vs non performing page?

Is it pageviews? Entrances? Bounce Rate?

Say for instance I have a article that in the last 15 months did 7k page views with 3100 entrances and a 40% bounce rate and a 42% exit rate.

Now I have another page that's 800 pageviews with 302 entrances and a 30% bounce and 38% exit. Is it an under-performing, thin content page?

Maybe I should look to see what kind of SEO results the pages have? If they're ranking on the first page.

If they rank on the first page, but get no traffic, should I scrape it? Would that hurt my overall site?
