To re-create the drinking beverage website as the original version in CSS grid, not in Bootstrap framework, I believe it will take me 5/6 hours. However, if you want a whole new re-design of the website, this will take longer from maybe 2-3 weeks. Really I will need to sit down with you first and discuss what you want on the site and how we could achieve this.
Nevertheless, if it is re-creating the site like the original version, I can minify the JavaScript/ Bootstrap code, which is slowly the site down massively. For example, the site speed performance in desktop is 50%, mobile 20%. This is really poor and needs to be fixed ASAP. The bounce rate is high too, 70%. The target we should be meeting is roughly between 26% - 40%.
There are a lot of issues we can solve, but before this can be done we need to discuss a business plan for this year. We need to discuss site performance and improvements in SEO results. SEO is important for this business. SEO is a technical, analytical and creative process to improve the visibility of a website in search engines. The primary function of SEO is to drive more unpaid useful traffic to a site that converts into sales. For example, keywords are great for SEO. It helps search engines like Google to identify what your website is about. ‘Amor’, for example, is a big keyword to use for the site (for now) but “Hydration and Vitality for body and mind” is a great keyword phrase that will help us gain more results. It’s like the ripples affect you have said before.
So, I believe there will have to be two contacts on this. One contact for re-creating the site, one for SEO as it is an on-going process. We can discuss more payment on SEO once we have designed the business plan. Re-creating the site will be £35 an hour. I also would like to know if you would like it as the original version or re-design a brand new website.
