Added separate property for "/ch/ "sub-directory. But Google Search Console shows main domain robots.txt for it. It is acting according to main domain's robots.txt for /ch/ folder. How search console will know there is a different robots.txt for /ch/.
Merging could be an option. I want to know what else can be done to address this issue
