If you have your own agency/firm or other entity, how do you pitch and close clients? Do you use lead nurturing and automated email drip campaigns? Do you have a replicable system you use from lead sourcing to close? Are you doing it yourself? Are you outsourcing the lead sourcing? Whats your system

Just looking for the most effective way you guys have found to spend your money and make a highly optimized well oiled scalable revenue generating machine.

Are you doing the work? Are you doing a portion of the work? Are you just closing deals? Have you gotten to the point where you’re comfortable not being involved with your process for more than a week and no communication between you and your agency/firm?

Not looking for shortcuts just tips, tricks, perspectives, tools, or other time trimming implementations I can make without losing quality of work.

If you don’t mind also possibly share main sources of revenue and how many sources you have and how many are being impacted by the SEO you do for it and how many hours you allocate towards the SEO of each revenue source if you could guess.
