So I'm helping a friend with a website. He has a retreat business and when he showed me his site, it was bad. Landing page took 20 seconds to load, it was 8 mb, and it was bloated with lots of css and js scripts. The page also had multiple h1 tags in a single page. Got the site to load in an average of 2 seconds, we migrated the site, I reuploaded a lot of the images because they uploaded 4k photos. Now, this was three weeks ago now, and I can't seem to get a hold of what's wrong with the site. It's now at bottom page 5. I added Google search console and analytics because it wasn't there either. All I have to check previous positions is Ubersuggest which shows me at least how high it was and when it dropped and my friend's words basically.
The site is https://the5thdimensions.com Anything I could be missing here? I know ranking takes time, but I have seen this site drop two pages from one day to another and can't really figure why.
