Giant e-com website bulk on page optimization (500+ urls)... how would you tack this?

Hi guys,

I have to optimize a giant ecom website's inner pages (over 500 urls); product pages, blog posts, inner pages, category pages... I'll be doing the following:

-content

-header + page titles

-schema

-canonicals

-internal & external linking

-URLs

My question is: How would you guys tackle this task? manually, page by page? Which plugins would you use?

The website is hosted on shopify btw.
