Let's say you don't have just static pages on your website that only change once you redeploy... but dynamic urls which can be created by your users. The content of those urls can also change. What's the best strat to go about that?
What I do currently is:
A. I've written an algo that gets all the urls from my database
B. Every few days I run that algo and create a new sitemap.xml, upload it to my backend
C. I also go to the Google Search Console to submit it (unnecessary?)
What's the most common practice?
