Is it good to redirect a non-maintain website to a new one in the same niche to get the DA of the old website ?

Hello guys,

I have a website with something around 25 articles and podcast on it but now we move to another project in the same niche and wanted to redirect this domain to the new one to get some extra SEO boost on the new fresh domain.

Should I redirect URL one by one to relevant content on the new site (who are covering quite similar topic) or shoud I just redirect the root domain itself to the new domain.

As I built some links in specific URL on the previous site I'm thinking which technics should work better to make my site rank faster. (thinking that redirecting each URL to new same content on new website would be better)
