NAP for new domain, multiple domain strategy

Hi all, currently the business direction of my company is a multiple domain strategy.

Currently I have created a second domain - the eventual goal is to have both of my websites ranking on the first page, currently one is at the top of page 2 (self SEO). However, I am stuck as how to proceed with the second domain (separate) regarding the address portion for the NAP, going forward with GMB + SEO (directories and other platforms)

I have come out with a few solutions, but would love your thoughts/inputs on this:

  1. Use a virtual office (47/yearly), however there are many businesses at the same exact address
  2. Use same address as main website - Google penalisation
  3. Use a friend's address - temporarily for a few years before moving into an office (changing NAP)

Personally I don't mind the overhead, but I'm more worried of the long term effects such as Google's penalization on Virtual Offices/if I were to change addresses in the future, etc. Thanks in advance!
