About to sign up for a virtual office for a new SEO Agency based in London, service has other SEO companies associated with the virtual office, should I anticipate an issue down the line?

Hi all, just setting up a business aimed predominantly at a London market, however, the virtual office has at least three separate SEO companies associated with it. Is this going to harm me further down the line in regards to SEO? Any advice would be appreciated.
