Launched a new site and SERP is tanking. Using ahref's to track down problems?

Main keywords SERP went from localpack 2, to 6. The new site was launched on 2/9 and SERP dropped on 2/12 and 2/13 and has stayed the same since.

The old site was built using concrete5, loaded in 4seconds and had no alt img tags.

The new site was built using Wordpress, loads in 1 second, and is fairly well optimized.

  • Same Title, H1, URL, and Description for the homepage and 6 service pages as the old site.
  • Added alt image tags and additional content, but keyword density is still similar to the old site.

The conversion rate is incredible compared to the old site, but I can't seem to track down why SESRP dropped. Every tool I've run the site though, says the new one is better, but it's still dropping in SERP.

Anyone have any tips to track down the problem?

Thanks
