I'm building my own Wiki site and I can't see how it's possible to establish a consistent internal linking structure. Unlike a traditional website with a header menu, the only internal links you can insert into a Media Wiki site are links to other pages within the text of pages.
Any ideas about this and Wiki SEO in general?
