What conversions can we expect from organic search? Especially for websites like Pinterest, Slideshare,..

I only found a study that claimed 16% on average across industries but it's from 2013...

Also, I'm particularly interested for conversion numbers from websites like Pinterest, Slideshare, and other content aggregators
