I am reworking my current site completely as currently it is pretty awful. I am also going to write plus minus 15 blog posts (ideally before going live). Would it be better to pace these out from an SEO point of view or would it be alright to publish them all at once and then add regularly from then on.
Also, since the current site does have pages which will still be present on the new site would it be advised to make sure these pages have the same URLs as the pages they're replacing?
I don't want to get penalised for anything.
I am a web designer with a basic knowledge of SEO as far as good on-site practices. but would definitely not call myself a specialist by any means ( I do my best to follow the best practices when building sites from scratch though), so hopefully I can learn a few things.
