Page Indexing Issue

Hello Team,

One of our service page is with the "index, follow". But not index by Google. and the Search console also shows the error that pages with the " Submitted URL marked ‘noindex’.

Also, Page is with unique content but still not index. We have submitted for indexing in the Search console.

Can you please help me? Is anyone have an ideas?
