I'm trying to rank for "Superhero Capes Gotham City." It's hard to work that into copy naturally. Can I use "Superhero Capes *in* Gotham City" to the same effect?

-- Copy examples --

  • Case A: "We make the best superhero capes Gotham City." -- here, the keyword is exact, but the phrase is grammatically incorrect and awkward.
  • Case B: "We make the best superhero capes in Gotham City." -- here, the keyword isn't exact because it includes the word "in", but it is grammatically correct and makes sense as a sentence.

Is it better to use Case A or Case B in my copy? I've seen people give answers either way, what's actually right here?
