Question regarding goolge not showing my website when I copy a phrase from a very specific text.

Hello there,

We are trying to improve our website SEO and we paid for custom texts for our product category pages (we are an eCommerce store.).

It has been a few months (6+ months) and we noticed something. If we copy a phrase from the text in the website and paste it into google and other websites show before us.

For example if we copy a similar phrase from our competitor website it shows the website as first result.

an example would be:

we copy: " Мъжките ризи са категория дрехи, които отлично се допълват "

and google does not use the exact search phrase.

Our competitor:

"По външния вид хората си съставят първоначално"

And they index by exact match.

Any ideas what is going on?
