I submitted my Sitemap yesterday. Today, all of my keywords were removed from google

Help?

i had several keywords on the first page of google (very low traffic, but still driving traffic to my site). i decided to learn how to submit my sitemap to google. i just checked semrush to find out all of my rankings have wiped. non existent. gone.
