Domain buy doubt

hello . sorry for bad grammar bit can anyone guide me in buying expired domain .. i have comeacross a wonderfull domain name which is available in godaddy . on further checking the domain have 7k backlinks . most of them are quality . and it has 1% spam score .. should i buy it ? . i m really mew to this things . thankyou
