Is it bad to go from #10 to #1, instead of #1 to #10 in a list post

When creating a list post, is it bad to go from #10 to #1, instead of #1 to #10?

Lets say the article is "The Top Female 10 Singer in The World". So, we can either start from the best one, or end from the best one. Is there any SEO disadvantages when using the list inversely?
