I have a competitor who ranks very highly for a lot of keywords. To be fair his content isn't bad and is relevant to the topics he is ranking for but his DA surprised me. I've checked him out of SEMRush and found he has thousands of backlinks but they all seem to go back to this same sites home page called ssognet which has a homepage with a number of charts. If you got to the pages contact info it has the following info...

Something seems weird. Also I also checked the anchor text via sem rush to see the content it is linking and it is all content that is irrelevant and likely not owned by said website.
Does anyone know what this might be. The domain it keeps linking back to is ssognet dot org (not sure if I'm allowed to post link but you get the idea. It goes to the homepage each time and not specific content.
