What would be the best 2-letters code for International region URL? /it? /ww?

Hey guys, how would you create URLs combining different regions and languages?

The situation here at the company is that we have two languages, English and German.

And we are expanding to different countries around the globe, with a standard offer, EXCEPT for USA and Germany. So it makes sense to have 4 different combinations.

1. English / USA
2. English / International
3. German / Germany
4. German / International
   

My struggle is how would the URL look like for the International region, but keeping it short?

.com/int/en for International
.com/ww/en for Worldwide

Would have any idea?
