Hi I'm super new to SEO so I'm trying to grasp it all. I'm a little confused on backlinks. I know google and people on YouTube will tell you to get backlinks you need to create unique great content. But what is the actual reality of it? What are most people actually doing? I know google says it's against their terms to do things like buy backlinks or swapping links, etc. But I feel like alot of people know you have to do more than what Google suggests since it is hard to do. What do you guys think? Also if you leave a comment on this can you also share how long you've been doing SEO for? Thanks guys!
