How do I redirect visitors from an Old domain to a New domain?

I build out a new site and would like to create 301's to redirect traffic to the right domain.

Both sites are built on Wix but it only allows me to create 301's within the same domain.

The Domains are registered under Google Domains and are both still active. My guess is I would have to establish redirects via Google Domains?
