I have a website that I want to do topic clustering on.
One of my competitors ranks highly from the topics they’ve built pages for and clustered into blog posts.
They also have a great internal linking structure.
If their topics are successful and both of our target audiences are the same, should I be making my content similar to theirs?
I also know that directly copying other sites is a penalty so I’m not trying to do that. But if it brings in traffic I think it’d be a good example for my own content.
