Hello. I have a brand new website and my niche is just a simple local business. Realistically, I realize that high authority websites won't link to me for free because I don't have much to offer. I still plan on doing outreach for these opportunities but with the willingness to pay so there is something in it for them.
My question: How do I say I am willing to pay without being to up front about it? Any ideas to on how to mention it in a subtle way?
