Google Adwords Keyword Tool for Keyword Research (I know it's outdated, but what's the modern version of it?)

It's been 10 years since I've dabbled in SEO. I used to use Google Adwords for Keyword research, but it doesn't seem to exist anymore.

What's the modern version of it, or what are the best keyword research sites / tools you guys recommend?
