So my dad owns a business where most of his customers came from searching some key terms which would result in his website being the top 3 links on Google. However, for the past year he forgot to renew his website. It was not until recently he noticed this so he tried to purchase back the original name but it was being sold for $4000. So he has to use a website name with one letter missing when compared to the original. Furthermore, it's been a month of a setting it up and the original key words that would result in his website being the top 3 no longer work. Is there a way to fix this? Should we hire a professional? Should we try to re purchase the original website name?
