one of our websites is sometimes featured in Google discover. I want to increase that - it's a lot of traffic :-)
What're your helpful hints?
- Only new URLs are featured (is that true? how to feature "good old timeless content"?)
- The main image is very important
- The headline must include some clickbait thing
Is it important to have a publish date in the XML sitemap? To have published dates on the webpage?
How long does it last to get the content in there? (The last time it lasted 2 days)
Is there any manual thing by google editors? Fully automatic?
