Question about the title of a blog post, relating to SEO

Hey guys got a quic question.

I notice something with YoastSEO that I want to know your thoughts on.

So when I have a keyword, lets say [meditation benefits],

and I write a title, called Meditation benefits that improve well-being.

​

When I do that, that is how yoastSEO recommends it - the exact keyword at the very beginning of the title.

But what if you would also give the amount of benefits that you include in the title?

So: 6 Meditation Benefits That Improve Well-being.

​

When I do this, I get an orange button for my YoastSEO, indicating that its not as good for SEO.

What are your thoughts on this?
