Question re: text on duplicated website

Hey SEO crowd,

I have a quick question in regards to SEO in lead generation.

I am launching multiple roofing websites - is it okay to use the same text and images across all sites? I'm new to this, will it have a negative impact? Perhaps it might look like spam?
