Website redesign but want to keep the link juice

Hi Pros there! (I'm a newbie)

The current website is actually a trash. It ranks on top just because of the links. I decided to redesign. Now it's done and thinking on what's the best way to keep the links as well as the ranking while I transfer the redesign.

Any tips on this would be great to know.
