Can we use same Meta Title & description for different regions(UK, USA) of a same business?

Hello,

I have launched two(2) websites with .co.uk domain and .com domain. I'm offering the same services based in London and New York respectively.
Could I use same meta title and description for both sites?

Can someone tell me please would Google treat it as cannibalization or in the negative?
