I am facing a really weird SEO issues that I am not sure how to fix. About a year ago I had a website using a domain that ranked almost in the top 10 every time for my search results. I had to shut down the website for about a year and now it is back up. When I shut the site down I was using cloudflare and I guess my domain got shared with another website that was chinese when I was not hosting my site. Now even though I used the URL removal tool to remove all the past urls that this site used, and those urls on not online anymore, google still is using its search terms. I am not getting ranked for any serach terms that are relevant but old content from the other Chinese website is what my website is being ranked on. For example one serach term that got clicked on two times today was 愛真憶影音 . This is not anything to do with my website and the url it is sending them to is ofc not online and does not show up when I do site:mysitename. Any help would be appreciated as I think I am missing something.
