I don't want to bore anyone so I will keep it simple, I went full blown manic and spent considerable time working on my website / web project, however my search traffic is at a complete stand still. I've followed practically every SEO guide there is, the only thing I can think of is that my pages are not that old, I don't have many backlinks, and I previously used the domain name to develop websites for my clients, some of those pages got picked up my google which I had to manually request removal for. As of now the website loads in 500 miliseconds and has just under 1200 words, following guidelines for some bits of microdata, h tags, ect.
I often feel for the people I see spending thousands of dollars and struggling to drive traffic, and here I've hardly spent anything and already feel like shit.
Can anyone shed some light on this?
