Breaking into the industry

Hi everyone,

During quarantine while I've not been able to work I've been learning SEO and other digital marketing content. So far I have enjoyed what I've learnt and I would like would like to hear some advice on how to transition my knowledge into employment. In my previous job I also did some social media and Google My Business work on the side which I very much enjoyed.

I've taken most of the beginner to intermediate courses offered by Moz, as well as a Google Digital Marketing course, and spent time reading more niche articles that go more in depth on the topics only briefly covered in the courses like robots.txt.

I've started a blog where I'm trying to implement what I've learnt as well as build up somewhat of a portfolio of my skills. The site is still very new and so I'm not seeing much in terms of results just yet.

Any recommendations of where I can go next to try and further build up my knowledge, apply what I'm learning, and increase my employability in this area?

Thank you!
