How do you write blog posts for multiple clients in the same niche?

Let's say I'm a marketing agency that focuses solely on dentists. How would I write blog posts for each of the clients?

You wouldn't write something like 'the best toothbrushes in city, state' as a blog post since that won't change in each local area. Same with informational posts on the different oral issues and solutions.

So if I had 50 clients would I just write a 'the best toothbrushes' blog post and paraphrase 50 different times?
