Is this dumb mistake going to have a huge impact on my SEO?

In an unfortunate turn of events yesterday, I accidentally published one blog post over all 200+ on my blog. My hosting company was unable to get a backup (lesson learned, I now have a plugin making my own) and it took me almost 24 hours to reverse it on my end. During that time, Search Console shows that Google crawled my posts and categories section.

So basically, my question is, what can I expect SEO-wise? Should I just wait for Google to recrawl and hope they do it soon, or should I submit a new sitemap now? Is there anything else I can do to minimize the impact on my site?

Thanks so much for your help!
