I just became a mod in a sub-Reddit. I noticed when conducting a search using a word comprised of four letters as it appears in the name of the sub I get a list of subs excluding mine. In order to see my sub in search I have to write out the exact wording. This is problematic because the phrasing of the name is not common.
The name of the sub is r/mymethylife; if I type in “meth” the list does not return my sub for users to find. However, if I type “mymeth” into the search only then will my sub display. Moreover, the phrasing is uncommon; users would search the term“meth” before “mymethy”. Is there anyway to remedy this issue?
