What status to return 301,404,410..) on temporarily banned profile page

Hello,

I run a dating site and often manually review profiles for Terms and conditions violations. If profile violates terms I manually block it - this means user's public profile page gets replaced by " This account is blocked because...".

Most of the users never fix their profile, small percentage fixes it and then I un-block them.

Now the question itself: what status should I return on those profile pages? I read lot of articles and it's endless battle between 404 vs 410 vs 310.

Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
