We are in over our heads big time. Our sales on our eCommerce site have been stagnant for a while...We generate most of our sales via PPC but the costs keeps rising.
We are starting to turn towards and focus on SEO. As part of the initial process, we signed up for Ahref and ran some keyword comparisons of our site vs our competitors. Our site has 132 keywords in the top 3 while our top 3 competitors have 13k,4k and 2k keywords in the top 3.
Now that we have this knowledge, how do we act on it? They have thousands of category and product pages all ranking well.
We are at a loss as what to do and what our next step should be. Any basic direction or advice would be appreciated.
