What is better for Seo? One blog Post with 5000 Words & Five (5) H2's or 5 Blog post with 1000 words each?

Hi, Basically what the title says. I am about to start writing a new post for my blog.

The subject is related with mom, dad, brother, sister & grandpa issues.

I don't know if I should make a big blog post with multiple H2's... Or if I should separate it?

For example H1: Family Issues H2: Issues with mom (Several H3's) H2: Issues with dad (Several H3's) H2: Issues with brother (Several H3's) & so on

Or would it be better for Seo to write 5 different articles, talking separately about each one of the 'issues'?
